Linda Hutchings has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years and Home Staging is a creative passion that has been a part of Linda’s heart and soul, going back many years. Linda was privileged to study architectural design, art history and interior design, even spending one summer immersed in a unique program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Linda has a clear understanding of how a space can be transformed to evoke a feeling and mood that creates an emotional response. She understands what appeals to the masses and will encourage a potential Buyer to imagine living in the property. What began as a pet project assisting clients with staging and readying their homes for the market, has grown into a full service home staging business.

Linda Hutchings does an amazing job staging homes. She staged a vacant listing for me and it completely transformed the property. The layout downstairs was confusing to most Buyers since the living room and dining room areas were not clearly defined in an intuitive way. Her staging created a clear layout that was inviting and striking. It prompted the home to sell quickly and for top dollar.
