Linda Hutchings does an amazing job staging homes. She staged a vacant listing for me and it completely transformed the property. The layout downstairs was confusing to most Buyers since the living room and dining room areas were not clearly defined in an intuitive way. Her staging created a clear layout that was inviting and striking. It prompted the home to sell quickly and for top dollar. In fact the Buyer loved the dining room chairs so much that we negotiated a new matching set into the deal.
